Follower count is the shorthand; views are what they are buying. Send average views for your last ten posts alongside the count. Serious brands will ask for exactly that anyway.

Should I charge more for usage rights or exclusivity?

Yes, and separately. The figure here is for one organic post. Whitelisting, paid amplification, exclusivity windows and reuse in ads are each their own line item, typically 25–100% on top.
